Part Time/Full Time Instructor Wanted
HI Driving School is now hiring motivated, professional individuals who are willing to learn HI instructor training to teach teens and adults high performance driving skills.
Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time work, we offer flexible hours 7 days a week (weekdays & weekends). We serve students in Buena Park and surrounding areas
Morning Schedule 7-9am, 9:30-11:30am
Afternoon Schedule 12-2pm, 2:30-4:30, 5-7pm
What We Offer
• Company Car Provided (all lessons conducted in dual-brake school vehicles - gas & maintenance included).
• Flexible Scheduling (you choose your availability; we handle all bookings).
• Hourly Pay (paid for the hour you pickup the car at HI office and the hour you return the car to the office)
- 1 lesson 2hrs, we pay you 3 hours
- 2 lesson 4hrs, we pay you 5 hours
- 3 lessons 6hrs, we pay you 7hours
- At least 21 years old with a clean CA Driver's License & Record
- have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- enroll in paid HI Instructor Training Program (Actual Behind the Wheel Training & Instructor Ed)
- Take and pass DMV Exam for Instructor License
- Must pass the background check, drug test, and physical exam
- Reliable transportation to and from office
Responsibilities:
• Teach HI driving skills
• Provide clear instruction on road rules and safe driving habits.
• Take control in emergencies (dual-brake equipped vehicles).
• Communicate effectively with students and parents.
